5 ways to love yourself

In the society we're living in, it can be hard to accept yourself. In magazines, on Instagram and on TV: everything perfect!
Should you really be influenced by such an ideal image and constantly compare yourself to someone? My answer: No!
I'll show you how to love yourself a little bit more every day.
1) Unfollow everyone who makes you feel less worthy!
I compared myself for a long time to models etc. I saw on Intsagram. I thought: "I don't know these people so why should I follow them? To feel less worthy?" Since that day I haven't been comparing myself to photoshopped pictures on social media and I feel beautiful.
2) Compliment yourself
Take a look in the mirror every morning and say: I love you!
3) See the positive
When you look in the mirror what do you see? I would say a beautiful and confindent person who is pretty from the inside and from the outside. The next time you look at yourself in the mirror, try to focus on the parts of your body you love. Why do they earn less recognition?
4) Take time for yourself
Take 20 minutes each day to pamper yourself. Drink some tea, read a book or draw a picture. The most important thing is: sourround yourself with positive thoughts!
